College Pathway Network

About

Built by athletes and coaches who are experts in helping athletes and families navigate the recruiting process.

College Pathway Network started from a simple frustration: talent is rarely the problem. The plan, the access and the film almost always are.

Our Story

A holistic approach

Recruiting has no shortage of vendors selling a slice of the process, a highlight video, a profile listing, a showcase promising exposure it never delivers. What almost nobody offers is the whole picture: an advisor who actually knows your athlete’s situation, builds a real plan around it, has coaching relationships that open doors, and can produce film good enough to make a coach stop scrolling.

That’s what College Pathway Network is. One team covering guidance, network and brand, with a deliberately short athlete list so the attention is real.

Leadership

The people behind College Pathway Network

Former athletes, coaches and recruiting experts who built College Pathway Network to solve the problem they experienced firsthand.

Jordan served as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Division I Monmouth University (2017-2026), leading the program through its transition from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) to the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA). Under her leadership, Monmouth captured a share of its first MAAC regular season title and its first outright MAAC title with a No. 1 tournament seed, and she was named the program's first-ever MAAC Coach of the Year. Her teams have produced multiple conference Players, Midfielders and Goalkeepers of the Year and dozens of All-Conference honorees, while consistently earning academic honors.

Before Monmouth, Jordan was Head Coach at Division III Kean University, and held assistant coaching roles at Division I Yale University and the United States Naval Academy, where she helped lead the Midshipmen to their first NCAA Tournament bid. Off the field, she spent two years at the NFL as a manager of player marketing. How we use our network

We spend our credibility on you.

Any family can email a college coach. The difference is whether the coach opens it, because they recognize the name on it and know we don’t send them athletes who aren’t a fit.

That’s why we’re selective about who we take on. We only put an athlete forward when the fit is real, which is exactly why the introduction works when we make it.

What an intro looks like

  1. 1We identify the programs that genuinely match your athlete's level, academics and goals.
  2. 2We reach out to the coaching staff personally, with film and a profile attached and a specific reason they should watch.
  3. 3We prep the athlete for the call: what to ask, what coaches are listening for, how to follow up.
  4. 4We stay in the loop afterward, keep the staff updated, and keep the relationship warm through the cycle.

The Bench

Specialists we bring in when your athlete needs them.

Recruiting touches more than film and phone calls. We keep a short list of people who are excellent at the rest of it, and we bring them in at the right moment.

Academic Advising

Test prep, transcript strategy and application support, so academics never become the reason a program stops recruiting your athlete.

Performance & Training

Strength, speed and sport-specific coaching from people who train athletes at the level you're aiming for.

Health & Wellness

Nutrition, recovery and mental performance support. The unglamorous work that decides who's still on the field in year three.

Media & Production

In-house videographers and editors who know exactly what a college coach is looking for in the first thirty seconds.

College Coaching Network

Direct relationships with college coaches across every division, built over years and spent carefully.

Mentorship Program

Athletes may be matched with a current NCAA player for monthly calls and check-ins. Peer guidance from someone who just lived the recruiting process.
