Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take every athlete who applies?

No. We only take on athletes where we genuinely believe we can move the needle, because our introductions to college coaches are only worth something if we're selective about who we put forward.

When should we start?

Earlier than most families think. The athletes who get the most out of this start before there's any pressure, when there's still time to build film, change the target list, and let relationships develop.

What if our recruiting situation changes?

It will. That's why the advisory is ongoing rather than a one-time package. We reassess targets at your advisor sessions and adjust the plan as offers, interest and results come in.

Do you work with athletes outside of lacrosse?

Reach out and ask. The advisory, content and distribution work translates across sports; what matters is whether we have the right coaching relationships for your athlete's path.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. We'd rather spend an hour finding out we're not the right fit than take on an athlete we can't genuinely help.
