Terms of Service
The agreement between your family and College Pathway Network — what we do, what we charge, and what we can and cannot promise.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Please read these terms before using the site or purchasing a package. They cover our recruiting advisory services, Rogue Media event packages, and the athlete profiles we publish. Our Privacy Policy explains separately how we handle personal information.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and College Pathway Network ("CPN", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you use this website or purchase any of our services. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy a package.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these terms on your behalf, and must be the one to purchase any package and to provide any information about you.
2. What we do — and what we cannot promise
CPN provides recruiting advisory and guidance: advisor sessions, evaluation of an athlete's academic and athletic profile, target-list development, guidance on communicating with college coaches, highlight film strategy, and media production and distribution through Rogue Media.
We are advisors, not decision-makers. College coaches, admissions offices and athletic departments make their own decisions, and we have no control over them. Nothing on this site or in any conversation with an advisor is a promise, guarantee or warranty that an athlete will be recruited, receive an offer, receive athletic or academic aid, be admitted to any school, or earn a roster spot. Any outcomes described on this site are examples of past results and are not a prediction of yours.
We are also not a substitute for your own judgment about academics, health or finances. We do not provide legal, medical, financial or admissions-counseling advice.
3. NCAA and eligibility rules
Recruiting rules change, and they differ by division, sport and governing body. We aim to give guidance consistent with current NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA rules, but responsibility for an athlete's eligibility and compliance rests with the athlete and their family.
CPN is not affiliated with the NCAA, the NCAA Eligibility Center, the NAIA, the NJCAA, or with any college, university or athletic conference. References to schools, conferences or events on this site are descriptive only and do not imply any endorsement or partnership unless we say so explicitly.
4. Accounts
Some parts of the site require an account, which is created and managed through our membership provider. You agree to give accurate information when you register, to keep your login credentials secure, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
5. Packages, fees and billing
Package prices are shown on our pricing page and on the Rogue Media page. Prices are in US dollars and may change; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.
Advisory packages are sold either as an annual subscription or as a monthly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Rogue Media event packages are one-time purchases for a specific event or deliverable.
Payments are processed by our billing provider and its payment processor. CPN does not receive or store your full card details.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — your sessions and access continue until then, and you are not charged again after that.
Fees already paid are not refunded for time that has already run, and unused advisor sessions within a paid term are not refunded or carried over once the term ends. One-time event packages are not refundable once the event has taken place or the deliverable has been produced.
This is our standard policy and it does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we would rather sort it out directly.
7. Media release, athlete profiles and highlight film
A central part of what we do is putting an athlete in front of college coaches, which means creating and publishing an athlete profile and highlight film.
At checkout, the parent or legal guardian of a minor athlete signs a media release. By signing it they confirm they are the parent or legal guardian of the athlete named in the registration and have legal authority to sign, and they grant Rogue Media and CPN the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to take, use and publish photographs and video of the athlete for promotional, educational or commercial purposes. Under that release those materials become the property of Rogue Media and CPN, and the family waives any right to royalties or other compensation for their use. That release is part of this agreement, and where its wording differs from this section, the signed release governs.
Alongside photographs and video, a profile carries information the family gives us — graduation year, sport and position, club and high school, hometown, academic information and target schools. Families are responsible for the accuracy of what they give us. We deliberately do not publish an athlete's personal contact details, home address, parent or guardian contact details, coaches' contact details, or NCAA Eligibility Center ID.
The media release is irrevocable, so taking a profile down does not end the permission it grants. As a matter of practice, however, we will remove an athlete's profile page from this website on request from the parent or guardian — email us and we will do it. Material already sent to college coaches, and copies held by third-party platforms such as YouTube, are outside our control either way.
If you supply us with film or photographs, you confirm you have the right to do so and that we may use them as described above.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site or our services for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our content, athlete profiles or highlight library.
- Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
- Do not upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or that you do not have permission to share.
- Do not misrepresent an athlete's academic record, athletic record or eligibility to us or to a college program.
9. Our content
The site, its design, text, graphics, logos and the CPN name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
10. Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services to work — scheduling, membership and billing, and video hosting — and links out to other sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The site and our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, CPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, offers, scholarships or admission decisions. Our total liability arising out of these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations do not apply to you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site or your subscription after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
