Recruiting Advisor, Boys Division
Full time|Remote, with travel to events
Carry a roster of boys lacrosse families from first conversation through commitment: build the target list, run the outreach, prepare them for coach calls and visits, and be the person they call when a decision has to be made.
What you would do
- ✓Own the recruiting plan for every athlete on your roster
- ✓Evaluate film honestly and set realistic level expectations
- ✓Advocate for your athletes directly with college coaches
- ✓Prepare families for calls, visits and offer decisions
- ✓Work events alongside the Rogue Media team
What we are looking for
- ✓College playing experience, coaching experience, or both
- ✓Existing relationships with college coaching staffs
- ✓The judgment to tell a family something they do not want to hear
- ✓Comfort managing a roster of families at once
Recruiting Advisor, Girls Division
Full time|Remote, with travel to events
The same role on the girls side, working with Kere as the women's division grows. You will carry your own roster of families and represent them to college programs.

Chief Technology Officer
Full time|Remote
Own everything technical at CPN: the website, the member area, the athlete profiles and highlight library, and the systems the advisory team runs on. This is a build role first and a leadership role second.
What you would do
- ✓Own the platform end to end, from the public site to the member area
- ✓Build the tools advisors use to track rosters, outreach and film
- ✓Make athlete profiles and highlight film fast for coaches to scan
- ✓Keep billing, authentication and athlete data secure and reliable
- ✓Hire and lead engineering as the platform grows
What we are looking for
- ✓Shipped and owned a production web platform end to end
- ✓Comfortable being the only engineer before there is a team
- ✓Judgment about what to build, what to buy and what to skip
- ✓Interest in the sport, or in the families the platform serves
